Took a course online and need your certificate?

No need to call or email customer service…we have made it simple for you: Log back into your online account at www.elitecme.com: Click Login in the upper right hand corner Enter your email address and password Now choose the course you need the certificate for and click the Yellow Print Certificate button.  

Did we receive your test?

All tests are processed within 24 business hours, If you: Took your test online-Then you had to create a user name and password and can go back online to www.elitecme.com, log in to your account and retrieve your certificate. Mailed/Faxed tests with an email address on the test sheet, your certificate is emailed back to you. Check your inbox as well as your junk/spam folder, sometimes they get directed there. Mailed or faxed tests with no email address, then a hard copy of your certificate is mailed to the address on the test sheet.
